Our marriage proposal, we followed traditional Chinese custom. There was no one-to-one proposal like what westerners usually do with diamond ring, and flowers, and romantic candle light dinner at the lakeside, and the boat, and the fireworks, and the big ribbon "Would you marry me?" in the sky, and the.. ahhh! For me, my marriage proposal was when parents and all the relatives come and meet and discuss. Dunno what they discussed, I was asked to stay in my room and could only go out when everything was 'well-discussed' to serve drinks, receive necklace, cipika-cipiki, take pictures, and eat. However, Ron still bought me this ring in Singapore before we went back to Indonesia. So, can I call this ring as my 'Proposal Ring'?
